Andrew is the CEO of Sporta, leading our mission to build the bank that powers UK sport. He previously co-founded ClearBank, the UK’s first new clearing bank in over two centuries, bringing deep fintech, banking and infrastructure expertise to Sporta’s AI-native platform and technology approach. He combines this with a passion for sustainable sport that serves clubs, fans and communities, as an avid motorsport enthusiast and as a former National League Basketball player and 2nd XI Cricket player.

Paul is Chief Operating Officer at Sporta, bringing 35+ experience in risk and operational management at global financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered, Wells Fargo and Deutsche Bank. Paul is playing a pivotal role in building Sporta’s operations, ensuring processes are robust, efficient and deeply aligned with the needs of clubs and everyday users. Paul has a life-long love of sport as an endurance athlete and a former senior military officer.

As Chief Executive of GB Snowsport, Chair of the Rugby Centurions and GB Surfing, and Board member of the British Olympic Association, Victoria is a leader in elite sport. Her insight into community impact and institutional dynamics is foundational to Sporta’s connection with clubs, federations and stakeholders. As well as being a founding member of Invictus Games London 2014 and Chair of Board for Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, she is a competitive triathlete and twice London marathon finisher.

Indi is Chief Information Officer at Sporta, leading the design and delivery of the technology that underpins its AI-native banking platform. With extensive experience in engineering leadership at RTGS.global, an international payments fintech, and N Brown Group a global retail platform, she ensures Sporta’s systems are scalable, secure and aligned with the needs of customers. Indi champions innovation, operational excellence and technology that helps keep sport active and financially supported.
